Service Terms
& Contract

ABS Basketball's Service Contract and client agreement is enforced with all registrations and payments. Upon request, ABS would be happy to provide referrals from our customers.

All defined terms used in these Service Terms shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions. These policies exist to protect both ABS and our clients and ensure the highest quality training experience for every student.

While refunds are not available, we understand that circumstances may change. As such, we may offer the following alternatives:

• Option 1 — Credit for Future Training: Upon request, ABS may consider issuing a credit that can be applied to future classes or programs.
• Option 2 — Account Hold: ABS may place your account on hold, allowing you to resume training at a later date.

• Parents must confirm all appointments online — one day before, and by 4:00 PM — to reserve your child's time slot. Confirmations must be completed through the appointment app.
• If you cannot make your regularly scheduled (weekly) training date, you must reschedule online. Text messages are not accepted for rescheduling — see all info on the appointment app.
• Missed 1-on-1 training sessions can only be reset to the next available open time slot if you notify ABS at least 4 hours before the scheduled session. Missed sessions are nonrefundable.

Submitting payment — online, in person, or by any other payment option — is your acknowledgment that you have read all ABS business terms and the service contract. You (the client) agree to the contract terms at or before registration and payment.

• Accepted methods include credit/debit card via SwipeSimple, cash, PayPal, and other methods pre-approved by ABS in writing.
• PayPal refunds — when approved — carry a 6% service charge plus a $10 processing fee deducted from the refund amount.
• Service Rendered Charges: ABS reserves the right to protect all service rendered charges. No credit card refunds or chargebacks are permitted without written ABS approval.

Cancellation fees apply to all ABS training programs. Programs listed as "Commitment" enrollments are nonrefundable but may be adjusted to other ABS programs at ABS's discretion.

• Season game or league fees cannot be refunded for any reason.
• Injury exception: If a player is hurt at an ABS game or practice, ABS will consider a limited refund for missed training sessions only. Season game and league fees remain nonrefundable in all cases.
• Commitment enrollments are nonrefundable but may be adjusted to other ABS programs at the discretion of ABS staff.

• Orders submitted online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled. You may need to wait until services are delivered before requesting any adjustment.
• If you submitted payment by credit card and wish to cancel a service or program, a $35 setup and bank service fee is due to ABS, in addition to any applicable cancellation fees.
• ABS reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund if conditions of these service terms are not complied with, or to impose different or additional conditions.

A refund request is considered a "program cancellation" and must be submitted to ABS by email. Follow the process below:

• Step 1: Email your refund request to goabs@me.com. Include your name, your child's name, program enrolled, and the reason for your request.
• Step 2: ABS will send you an email confirming receipt and will notify you of our acceptance or rejection within a reasonable time.
• The $75 cancellation fee is billed to your account upon receipt of your email — regardless of whether the refund is ultimately approved or denied.
• Step 3 — If approved: ABS will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: a service exchange, a credit to your original payment method, a check, or another remedy determined in good faith to be appropriate.

ABS Basketball is committed to a safe, respectful, and positive training environment for every athlete. The following standards apply to all participants, parents, and spectators at all ABS facilities and events.

• Show respect to coaches, teammates, opponents, and facility staff at all times — on and off the court.
• Maintain a coachable attitude. Give full effort and be receptive to instruction and correction at all sessions.
• Parents and spectators must support athletes positively. Disrupting sessions or undermining coaches is not permitted. ABS staff direction must be respected at all times.
• Zero tolerance: Any physical altercation or intentional harm to another participant will result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from all ABS programs.

Participation in basketball and athletic training involves inherent physical risks including sprains, strains, fractures, and other injuries. By enrolling in any ABS program, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

• In the event of a medical emergency, ABS staff will contact emergency services and the participant's listed guardian immediately.
• ABS Basketball is not responsible for personal property lost, damaged, or stolen at gym facilities or events.
• By enrolling, you authorize ABS staff to seek emergency medical care for your child if a parent or guardian cannot be immediately reached.
